Job summary

Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca in Mallorca, Spain, is seeking an Area Revenue Director to lead the Revenue Management function across Arabella Hospitality España, with overall responsibility for revenue strategy and performance across the hotel portfolio.

You will directly lead the Revenue Management team, align pricing and distribution with market dynamics, and work closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with Area Revenue Support, define and lead the Revenue Management strategy across the hotel portfolio.
• In collaboration with Area Revenue Support, develop and implement pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies tailored to the positioning and business objectives of each property.
• Lead, develop and support the Revenue Management team, establishing clear objectives, priorities and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to property Revenue Managers and ensure consistent implementation of Revenue Management standards, processes
