Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks an experienced hotel operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities at the Mallorca property. You will supervise staff, manage service standards, and drive guest satisfaction through effective team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will also lead the Food & Beverage team, ensure compliance with local laws and company policies, and mentor employees toward continuous performance improvements and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food & beverage/hospitality management preferred.
• A 2-year degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day hotel operations and ensures service standards.
• Supervises staff and manages labor and productivity to meet guest needs.
• Leads Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Coaches and develops staff to achieve performance goals and organizational objectives.
• Manages HR activities including training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversees purchasing, invoicing, and departmental financial performance.
