Job summary

Cemex España is seeking an Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager to lead the financial reporting across multiple Spanish entities, ensuring IFRS compliance, PGC alignment, and accurate consolidation. You will guide on internal controls, audits, and finance transformation within an international environment.

Based in Madrid, you will manage both in-house and outsourced teams, drive process improvements, and partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Native or fluent Spanish with advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Reporting & Accounting team and coordinate outsourced services.
• Manage monthly and annual closing, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, consolidation, and corporate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Spanish GAAP, and internal policies.
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls in line with SOX.
