Job summary

Molins Cement is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Cement business in Spain. You will partner with Commercial, Industrial, Supply Chain, Energy and Sustainability teams to translate operational drivers into forward-looking financial insights and recommendations.

You will lead planning, forecasting and analyses, challenging assumptions to improve profitability, cash generation and capital allocation. This role emphasizes FP&A over traditional accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in FP&A, financial analysis or strategic controlling.
• Strong grasp of integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to connect operational drivers with financial outcomes and explain results to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or BI tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Budget, monthly rolling forecast, outlook and Mid-Term Plan for Cement Spain.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for volumes, prices, mix, costs, CAPEX and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and forward-looking analyses with bridges and trends.
• Analyze profitability by product, market, customer, channel and geography to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor key drivers: volumes, capacity, inventories, maintenance, energy costs.
• Assess exposure to energy prices, CO2 costs and logistics; develop scenarios.
• Support demand planning and market outlooks by linking trends to volume and margin scenarios.
• Develop business cases and post-investment reviews for CAPEX, decarbonisation and efficiency projects.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain to track margin, costs, inventory and cash generation with owners.
• Prepare dashboards and management presentations for Cement management and Spain Finance.
