Job summary

GRC IM, a Real Estate investment and asset management platform, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to strengthen financial control and reporting across the group. The role covers accounting oversight, reporting, tax coordination, and financing support for complex real estate structures.

You will lead multi-entity accounting (SPVs, holdings, operating companies), manage month‑end closes, assist consolidation, supervise audits, and partner with external advisors to ensure compliance with Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics; Master’s in Tax, Audit, or Finance is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and SPVs, ideally in Real Estate or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and tax compliance.
• Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investors.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting processes, and financing structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for multiple group entities (SPVs, holdings, operating companies) per Spanish GAAP.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, amortizations, intercompany transactions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and deliver financial statements.
• Support consolidation and prepare reporting packages for management, investors, and lenders.
• Perform asset/project level financial analysis for business plan monitoring and investment tracking.
• Oversee VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and withholdings; coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Assist in annual accounts, corporate filings, and board/shareholder documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors; respond to information requests.
• Support treasury management: cash flow, debt tracking, and bank/investor reporting.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
