Job summary

Opella is seeking an ERP Platform Lead to shape the strategy, governance and operational excellence of its global SAP platform ecosystem. You will ensure availability, performance, security and compliance while guiding a diverse team delivering critical services and transformation initiatives.

The role partners with business stakeholders, application teams and SAP to enable a reliable, future-ready ERP landscape.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation.
Strong expertise in SAP technologies including S/4HANA and related cloud/platform services.
Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams and external partners.
Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent stakeholder comms.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the technology roadmap for SAP platforms (on-prem, RISE and BTP) and integrated technologies.
Lead platform lifecycle activities including migrations, upgrades and re-platforming initiatives.
Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms with governance oversight.
Drive platform performance, incident management and preventive action.
Ensure cybersecurity, quality and compliance across the SAP landscape.
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and service providers.
Lead and develop a global team of experts for platform operations and delivery.
