Job summary
Quantum Metric is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to act as a trusted technical advisor for complex, high-value sales across the EMEA region. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to engage large multinational organizations and demonstrate how Quantum Metric enables enterprise digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Linguistic skills in English and German; other European languages preferred.
- Experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering in SaaS/software.
- Sales acumen in supporting complex, multi-layered enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: guide technical strategy for enterprise cycles from discovery to closing.
- Solution Design: tailor demonstrations aligning platform with business outcomes.
- POC Execution: lead complex proofs-of-concept with success criteria.
- Technical Architecture: translate needs into scalable architectures.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with AEs and Product/Engineering for onboarding.
- Market Influence: support RFP responses and feedback to influence roadmaps.
