AG Solution, now part of the Quariq Group, seeks a Senior MES Presales Engineer to design MES solutions, translate requirements into technical proposals, and guide project teams. You will engage customers, define scalable architectures, and assist the Sales Team with scoping, budgeting, and compelling proposals.

Based in Madrid, you will collaborate with a global team and drive Industrie 4.0 initiatives, contributing to successful project deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on MES/MOM experience (ideally with TrakSYS, Opcenter, AVEVA).
• Strong pre-sales mentality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Engineering master's degree preferable, or a technical bachelor's degree.
• Coding skills in at least one of: C#, AngularJS, SQL, Python.
• Knowledge of MES architecture and implementation strategies is a plus.
• Experience conducting workshops, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Understanding automation systems (DCS, PLCs, SCADA) is a plus.
• Experience with multiple MES technologies (e.g., TrakSYS, Opcenter, AVEVA).
• Pharma, validation, and data projects knowledge is optional but a plus.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity concepts is optional but a plus.
• Spanish and English speaking; other languages are a plus.
• Valid driver's license; European citizenship or long-term work permit.
• Ideal location: Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop MES solution designs, technical specs, and high-level architectures meeting client requirements.
• Draw up project documentation.
• Supervise System Engineers to ensure quality contributions under your guidance.
• Ensure project plans and procedures are followed.
• Attend project meetings to reach consensus on solutions.
• Support Sales in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, scoping, effort estimation, budgeting, and proposals.
