Quantum Metric, a remote-first analytics company, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to act as a trusted technical advisor for complex, high-value sales across the region.

You will align the platform with strategic business initiatives, engage with C-level and product teams, guide technical strategy, and lead POCs while traveling 25–30% across EMEA. English and Italian proficiency are required.

Formación

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering in SaaS or software
• Proficient in English and Italian (additional languages a plus)
• Experience supporting complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to engage both technical teams and C-suite executives

Responsabilidades

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals across EMEA.
• Create tailored demonstrations aligning platform with business outcomes.
• Lead complex POCs with defined success criteria.
• Translate customer needs into scalable architectures and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Engineering for post-sales onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback for product roadmap.
• Travel 25–30% across EMEA.
