Job summary

Axalta seeks an English-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Benelux Market in Asturias, Spain. You will manage key Netherlands customers, coordinate with internal teams, and handle order processing, data maintenance, and KPI tracking.

Ideal candidates have SAP/Salesforce exposure, good Excel skills, and a background in planning or logistics. A senior profile is preferred, but enthusiastic juniors are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Dutch or another European language is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is beneficial; training can be provided.
• Excel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in planning or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Netherlands customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders and inform them of delays.
• Process and verify customer orders from inquiry to delivery with accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with QS 9000, ISO, and related guidelines; support KPI targets.
• Maintain Customer Master Data, support cash collection and credit processes.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in account reporting and volume tracking.
