Job summary

Axalta is seeking an English Speaking Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (UK & Ireland) to join the team at our Asturias, Spain facility. The role focuses on order processing, master data maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet KPIs.

After a 1-month training period, you will work independently to support key external and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, have SAP and Salesforce experience, and demonstrate advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Fluent in English is mandatory; a second language is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

Interface with UK customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage orders and communications.
Oversee end-to-end order processing, verify orders in SAP/SFDC, and perform quality checks.
Maintain master data and support cash collection and credit hold processes.
Monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide reporting and analysis to the Sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
