Axalta is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Benelux Market at our Asturias, Spain facility. You will manage Netherlands accounts, monitor order status, inform customers of delays, process orders end-to-end, and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Salesforce.

The role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver who can collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as OTIF and order accuracy. You will also support master data updates and credit-related tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

• Serve as the primary contact for Netherlands customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process and manage orders from inquiry to delivery with accuracy in SAP/Salesforce.
• Maintain Customer Master Data and support credit and data updates.
• Monitor orders and collaborate with internal teams to meet OTIF and KPI targets.
