Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Benelux market from our Asturias, Spain facility. You will manage customer interfaces, order processing, and data maintenance while ensuring alignment with internal KPIs and quality standards.

The role involves interaction with Netherlands customers and distributors, use of SAP/Salesforce, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on-time and accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Netherlands customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive communication about order delays due to supply, production, or logistics issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their business and key contacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and commitments.
• End-to-End order processing and quality checks; verify orders across systems.
• Monitor open orders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery (OTIF).
• Follow QS 9000, ISO and related guidelines; support KPI achievement.
• Master data maintenance and financial support including cash collection and credit holds.
• Sales support, forecast tracking and account reporting; back up for CSRs.
