Job summary

Axalta’s Netherlands Customer Service team seeks an English-speaking CSR for the Benelux market based in Asturias, Spain. You will handle orders, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service KPIs. Training is provided to master SAP and Salesforce usage.

The role emphasizes autonomy, proactive problem solving, and accurate data management, with emphasis on order processing, master data maintenance, and financial support for customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is essential.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided.
• Excel experience is beneficial, but not mandatory and training can be provided.
• Background in planning or logistics is a plus.
• Senior profile is preferred, but junior applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Netherlands customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive communication, informing customers of any order delays due to supply, production, or logistics issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their business, organization, and key contacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and commitments are delivered on time.
• Manage the complete order process from inquiry through delivery; perform quality checks and actions when required.
