Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on CRM Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as a strategic consultant for our life sciences clients in Europe.

You will collaborate with product, support, sales, services, and business consulting teams to maximize Veeva investments and drive customer success. This role requires 7+ years of CRM consulting experience, the ability to influence change, and strong data interpretation skills.

Formación

• 7+ years of Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, or other CRM consulting experience (delivery/implementation).
• Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor to customers.
• Ability to interpret and present complex customer concepts to Business and IT audiences.
• Strong ability to analyze customer data and requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Based in Europe (with ability to work across time zones).

Responsabilidades

• Engage proactively with customers and understand their goals, success criteria, milestones, and culture.
• Align with stakeholders across Commercial and Medical to strengthen CRM programs.
• Educate customers about our CRM products, services, and operating model.
• Evaluate how customers use Veeva CRM investments and identify improvements.
• Demonstrate CRM capabilities, use-cases, and best practices.
• Liaise with product teams to relay customer insights for roadmapping.
• Guide customers on governance and change management for Veeva releases.
• Influence and drive changes within customer organizations.
