Veeva Systems is seeking a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Spain. You will lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and drive multi-year, multi-phase cloud implementations of Veeva Quality Cloud, while mentoring teams and shaping adoption roadmaps.

You will act as the customer advocate, guiding best practices, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering value through agile delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management experience
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects
• Strong communication with senior/executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with SaaS and GxP principles
• Travel 25-50% and access to an airport
• Direct experience with eContent Management systems in Life Sciences
• Experience with PMOs and change management initiatives

Responsabilidades

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, including resource planning and forecasting
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices post-implementation
