Veeva Systems, a leader in life sciences cloud solutions, seeks a senior Lead Consultant to drive IT project management for large-scale implementations with top enterprise customers. You will guide agile delivery, build long-term relationships, and ensure value through best-practice adoption and strong governance.

You will leverage your Life Sciences software experience to empower customers in adopting Veeva Quality Cloud and related services, while mentoring teams and delivering on strategic

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management with a track record of leading system implementation projects.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Excellent communication with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program including resource planning and forecasting.
• Act as primary customer liaison, managing communication between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within Quality Services.
