BASE life science seeks a Senior Consultant to drive impact in life sciences through consultancy and CRM-enabled solutions. The role spans strategy, implementation, and optimization for commercial functions, leveraging Salesforce and Veeva across global projects.

You will lead client workstreams, translate business needs into system requirements, and guide change management in agile environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of project-based consulting experience in life sciences, focusing on commercial solutions.
• Consulting and hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills essential for client delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and driving stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects with high-quality delivery.
• Assess processes and design future-state operating models for commercial functions.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document plans and RAID logs.
• Support CRM optimization and system integration, including change management activities.
• Engage in RfP responses and client presentations as a trusted advisor.
