Veeva Systems is hiring a CRM Customer Success Manager to partner with our most strategic customers across Europe. You will combine life sciences experience with technical know-how to maximize Veeva investments, acting as a strategic advisor rather than a traditional account manager.

You will influence changes, drive progress, and collaborate with product, support, sales, and consulting teams to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

Formación

• 7+ years of CRM consulting experience (Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or similar).
• Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor to customers.
• Ability to articulate and present complex customer concepts to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Engage proactively with customers and understand initiatives, goals, milestones and culture.
• Align with stakeholders across Commercial and Medical to strengthen CRM management.
• Educate customers about CRM products, services and operating model.
• Evaluate how customers use Veeva CRM and identify efficiency gains.
• Demonstrate CRM capabilities, use-cases, best practices and gaps.
