Confidential Careers in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards to lead compensation programs, job architecture initiatives, and market benchmarking.

Working with HR partners and business leaders, you will analyze requests, support design initiatives, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across the organization.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies and benchmarking.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and HR systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze salary reviews, promotions, transfers, job evaluations, and organizational changes with recommendations.
• Support job architecture and organizational design by assessing levels and role scope.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to inform reward strategy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models for decision-making.
• Participate in Total Rewards projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise HR teams and managers on compensation policies and best practices.
