Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards to drive data-informed compensation decisions, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across the organization. You will work with HR Business Partners and leaders to support market benchmarking and job architecture initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years in related fields, strong Excel and HR systems experience, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, economics, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics or related area.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and job grading.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze compensation-related requests including salary reviews, promotions, transfers and job evaluations.
• Support job architecture and organizational design initiatives by assessing job levels and scope.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses and monitor compensation trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytical models for decisions.
• Participate in Total Rewards projects including surveys with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise HR teams and managers on compensation policies and programs.
