Confidential Careers in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards to lead compensation programs, job architecture initiatives, and market benchmarking.

Working with HR partners and business leaders, you will analyze requests, support design initiatives, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across the organization.

A leading multinational organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards to support compensation programs, job architecture initiatives, and market benchmarking activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, this role will help drive data-informed compensation decisions, ensuring both internal equity and external competitiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation-related requests including salary reviews, promotions, transfers, job evaluations, and organizational changes, providing recommendations aligned with company policies and budget guidelines.
• Support job architecture and organizational design initiatives by assessing job levels, role scope, and structural alignment.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses, monitor compensation trends, and provide insights to support reward strategy decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support workforce and compensation decision-making.
• Participate in Total Rewards projects, including compensation and benefits surveys, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams and managers on compensation policies, programs, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and job grading frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and HR systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
