Remuner, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in RevOps tech, is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist in Barcelona. This role involves leading client implementations, advising on compensation structures, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in client management or compensation consulting, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model, encouraging flexibility while focusing on impactful client relationships.

Formación

• 4–5 years in client management, SaaS implementation, or compensation consulting roles.
• Experience leading implementations end-to-end.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of sales compensation structures.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for strategic accounts.
• Become an expert on client compensation logic.
• Challenge clients on compensation design flaws.
• Run concurrent implementation projects without losing quality.
• Define project plans and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure alignment on project scopes.
