Job summary

team.blue, a European ecosystem serving 3.3 million SMB customers, is seeking an Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist for Webnode to own the partner ecosystem as a distinct acquisition channel.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO, and Analytics, recruit agencies and resellers, and optimize commission structures to drive incremental revenue across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience running an affiliate programme.
• Experience with major networks (Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, TradeDoubler).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to model partner economics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate programme end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain tiering across high-value and long-tail partners.
• Design hybrid commercial models combining CPA with fixed-fee arrangements.
• Oversee payments processing and partner communications to ensure timely payouts.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, and Analytics to drive incremental acquisition.
