BETANDEAL in Spain is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. You will recruit new affiliates, onboard them, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support to ensure mutual success.

This role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with marketing to maximize ROI. You will work closely with partners to negotiate terms, track earnings, resolve issues, and report on program metrics to senior management.
