eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) to lead tier-1 partners in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, driving bookings and revenue while managing publisher relationships and optimizing performance.

The role requires 5+ years in affiliate partnerships, strong analytics, negotiation skills, and collaboration with Brand, Product, Legal, and Finance teams. The position offers flexible benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale partnerships in affiliate marketing or travel.
• Strong data-analysis skills with a track record of ROI delivery.
• Proven ability to negotiate placements, rates and terms with premium publishers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tier-1 affiliate relationships and execute strategy to meet targets.
• Audit and optimize commission structures, calendars, and placements for profitability.
• Identify, recruit and onboard high-value partners and influencers.
• Monitor, analyze and report on channel KPIs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Legal and Finance on campaigns and budgets.
