Job summary

Impress, Europe’s leading health-tech innovator, seeks a Junior Marketing Manager for our Barcelona headquarters to drive Affiliate & Partnerships initiatives and support performance marketing efforts. This on-site role offers exposure to multiple digital channels and a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the affiliate network, identify new partners, monitor performance, validate transactions, coordinate creatives, and maintain partner platforms and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Management: support daily management of the affiliate network with updated banners, links and copy.
• Partner Outreach: identify, research and contact potential partners to expand reach.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROI) and prepare weekly reports.
• Sales Validation: review and validate transactions within affiliate networks for compliance.
• Creative Coordination: collaborate with design to obtain and organize creative assets for partners.
• Platform Maintenance: manage presence on major affiliate platforms and maintain the CRM database.
