Digital Waffle is seeking a Sales Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of affiliate partners in a fast-paced performance marketing setting. You will manage seven-figure revenue, build strong partnerships and negotiate commercial terms while leveraging data to optimise performance and uncover new opportunities.

You will nurture relationships, onboard advertisers, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise revenue. Hybrid options in Europe are available, with remote work across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing account management or similar.
• Proven ability to manage revenue-generating portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets/BI tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners and accounts.
• Act as the main commercial contact and build long-term relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commission structures, payouts, budgets and agreements.
• Onboard new advertisers and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaigns and drive revenue.
• Attend industry events and partner meetings to strengthen relationships.
