Job summary

team.blue seeks a Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist to own Webnode's partner ecosystem as a distinct acquisition channel. You will collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO, and Analytics to drive incremental partner-driven growth across Europe.

The role focuses on end-to-end affiliate management, fraud prevention, and building hybrid compensation models. Fluency in English is required, with EU language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience running an affiliate programme with tiering and attribution quality.
• Experience with major affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, TradeDoubler).
• Fluent in English (mandatory); other EU languages a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to model partner economics and run incrementality analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate programme end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization.
• Maintain a tiering approach across high-value strategic, growth, and long-tail partners.
• Build hybrid commercial models combining CPA structures with fixed-fee arrangements for premium partners.
• Own payment processing and partner ticket requests, ensuring accurate payouts.
