Autodesk is seeking a Renewal Representative, Account Based in Spain to independently manage high‑volume renewal cycles across regional accounts. You will execute advanced communication and negotiation to optimize renewal workflows and support customer retention with minimal guidance.

Use CRM data and workflow automation to drive efficient renewal execution, defend the existing customer base, and identify churn risks while collaborating with AEs and CS teams to close expansions.

Formación

• 4–6 years of renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success experience.
• Fluency in English + Dutch.
• Ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipelines, forecasts and renewal workflows.
• Experience engaging procurement or commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute End to End Renewal Motions.
• Own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Regional Accounts.
• Close renewals and defend the existing customer base with timely renewal execution.
• Drive and close seat expansions with cross-sell opportunities at renewal.
• Identify churn risks and renewal blockers using data and playbooks.
• Monitor auto renewal status and intervene when needed to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with customer procurement teams for renewal accuracy.
• Mentor and support more junior renewal colleagues.
