Job summary

Autodesk Spain is seeking a Renewal Representative, Account Based to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles across assigned regional accounts. You will execute end-to-end renewals, defend the customer base, and drive seat expansions using standard playbooks with minimal guidance.

You will leverage CRM data, monitor auto-renew settings, support procurement teams, and mentor teammates while collaborating with AEs and CSMs to optimize retention and adoption across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch as required for customer interactions
• Ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles across accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence renewal outcomes
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and renewal workflows

Responsibilities

• Execute End to End Renewal Motions
• Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Regional Accounts
• Close Renewals
• Defend the existing customer base by ensuring timely renewal execution
• Drive and Close Seat Expansions
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities at renewal using playbooks
• Monitor Auto Renewal Status and intervene when needed
• Collaborate with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues
