Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Renewal Representative, Account Based in Spain to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles across assigned regional accounts. You will execute end-to-end renewal motions, defend the customer base, and drive seat expansions with minimal guidance.

You will leverage CRM systems to monitor renewals, analyze data, and coordinate with account teams and procurement to ensure accurate renewals and smooth renewal outcomes, while mentoring junior colleagues as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in renewals or related roles in software/SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and renewal workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple renewal motions.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end renewal motions across assigned regional accounts.
• Close renewals and defend the existing customer base with accurate renewal execution.
• Drive and close seat expansions during renewal opportunities.
• Monitor auto-renew status and intervene to prevent churn using data insights.
• Collaborate with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy.
• Mentor junior colleagues as appropriate.
