Prada Madrid is seeking a Team Manager who acts as a Brand Ambassador and business leader, delivering the brand philosophy to the local market, the store team and clients.

You will drive store performance, coach and develop the team, ensure exceptional client experience on the sales floor, and manage operations to meet budgets. In this role you will foster omni-channel initiatives, nurture client relationships, and lead by example to achieve sales targets while upholding Prada standards.

Responsabilités

• Drive store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales.
• Develop action plans by analyzing performance data.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure best client service.
• Foster omni-channel awareness and support digital tools for clients.
• Lead talent development and succession planning within the team.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in store operations.
• Oversee boutique care, VM, and merchandising standards.
