Job summary

Prada Group in Madrid is seeking a Store Ambassador to drive training, coaching, and talent development across the team. You will support the Store Manager, cascade programs, and promote a high-end client experience.

The role emphasizes in-store coaching, knowledge of Brand, Client Journey, and Product knowledge, with a focus on building a coaching culture and continuous learning. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field or vocational training.
• 4+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.
• Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of talent management and/or personnel development methods and tools
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a high level of communication ability
• Fluent English is required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager & Store Leadership to identify training needs and develop action plans.
• Leverage in-store training tools: training sessions, coaching, Daily Briefings, best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with retail functions to organize and manage training activities.
• Perform team gap analysis and build coaching plans with ongoing feedback.
• Support Store Leadership to cascade training on Brand, Client Journey and Product knowledge.
• Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
• Monitor training quality, impact and content retention.
• Ensure self-learning culture with Training Digital Tools.
