Responsibilities

• Drive the Department Team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales.
• Assist Store Manager with business plans and action plans based on performance analysis.
• Lead the Department to exceed KPI targets and promote cross-selling and upselling.
• Foster Omni Channel awareness and use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
• Support E-commerce channel development and timely order fulfillment.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
• Ensure store displays attract clients and comply with company guidelines.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Lead by example in delivering the highest standards of client service.
