You will lead by example, ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering relationships with clients and local stakeholders to grow store loyalty and spend.

Formación

• Experience in store leadership and achieving targets.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a retail team.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and budgets.
