Huxley in Barcelona is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant for an on-site role with full training through the SThree Academy. You will connect technology and engineering professionals with STEM organisations and build your own client/candidate portfolio.

You will search, interview, and negotiate salary while developing market expertise. The role requires ambition, resilience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

• Search databases and channels for top candidates; review CVs and qualify by phone or in person.
• Network and negotiate salary; conduct interviews and handle negotiations.
• Identify and analyse market trends to become a market expert.
