Job summary

CENTUM research & technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, from job analysis to onboarding. You will partner with agencies, attend job fairs across Spain, and contribute to employer branding and people initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Required are a relevant degree, 2+ years in similar roles, English fluency, and experience with headhunting using LinkedIn and sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in the technology sector is highly valued.
• Experience in headhunting using tools such as LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Advanced level of English, as it is the working language used daily in our international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, profile definition and assessment, headhunting through various platforms, and conducting online and in-person interviews.
• Collaborate with other agencies to find the best candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Organize and attend job fairs and other events across Spain.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, proposing creative ideas and supporting actions to attract and engage talent.
• Collaborate on People initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, work-life balance and talent retention.
