A leading recruitment firm based in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant. The role involves managing the recruitment process, developing client strategies, and optimizing talent attraction. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, a proactive approach to technology, and a desire to participate in a dynamic team environment. Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the full business and recruitment process.
• Define commercial strategy for client portfolio management.
• Identify and implement hiring strategies, screening methods.
• Understand clients’ needs and challenges to act as a referral throughout the process.
• Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan; implement sourcing, events, synergies, communities, and other methods to screen candidate CVs.
• Contact and qualify candidates through interviews and act as a coach during their job investigation.
• Manage and organize candidate/client meetings.
• Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solutions.
• Build trustful, strong relationships with business partners to advise, influence, and impact recruiting success.
• Leverage candidates’ career plans by building social and trust relationships.
• Govern your business unit, choosing strategies to duplicate and grow your business.
• Share results and ideas with the team to optimize process and organization.
