Job summary

The Recruitment & Sales Intern (IT Talent Sourcing) at Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is an on-site, full-time paid internship designed to give you hands-on experience in tech recruiting from day one.

You will source IT candidates, write outreach messages, screen applicants and participate in interviews, while learning how to generate business opportunities and support consultants in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 minimum) is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Ideal for students, future graduates and recent graduates.
• No recruitment experience is needed; training will be provided.

THE ESSENTIALS

Barcelona (Poblenou), on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time

THE ROLE

You join the recruitment and commercial team and work alongside experienced consultants from day one. You are not watching from the sidelines.

Full recruitment process

• Follow candidates from first contact to placement
• Get involved in interviews, feedback and negotiations

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Advanced tech sourcing: Boolean search, market mapping, ATS tools
• Sales, business development and lead generation
• Candidate and client communication, negotiation
• Working with KPIs and targets in a fast-paced team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are motivated by targets and healthy competition
• You take initiative and learn fast
• Experience in sales, customer service or any target-driven environment is a plus, but not required

No recruitment experience is needed: we train you.

Let's be clear

This is a demanding internship: daily outreach, weekly KPIs, and many messages that never get a reply. In return, you get real responsibility, hands-on training, and daily support from experienced consultants.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Based on your performance, the internship can lead to a Junior Consultant (360°) role, where you manage your own candidates, clients and targets.
