Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant based in Madrid, Spain. This role offers uncapped commission and full training to help you develop your career in recruitment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in sales and relationship building. The company promotes a high-performance culture, generous leave policies, and various incentives.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Recruit Tech professionals across European markets.
• Source, identify, and qualify top talent.
• Build and develop your own client portfolio.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit Tech professionals across European markets
• Source, identify, and qualify top talent

• Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Successfully match candidates with suitable opportunities

Your Profile

• Native, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker (mandatory)
• German or Dutch language skills are highly desirable
• No recruitment experience required, but a strong interest in sales, business, and working with people
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial mindset and ambition to succeed
