Fever, the leading live entertainment platform, is seeking a Sponsorship Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid. You will drive sponsorship growth, craft compelling proposals, and manage relationships with brands and agencies across our international markets.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and events to deliver multi-channel campaigns for Fever Originals and Official Partnerships. Strong network and Spanish-English fluency are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude in ambiguous environments.
• Balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Skilled at creating visually compelling slide decks and pitch materials.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and events to develop sponsorship proposals.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors to build long-term relationships and craft compelling packages.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing sponsorship strategies and expanding portfolios.
• Oversee execution of sponsorship agreements and activations to ensure delivery.
• Monitor sponsor satisfaction and gather feedback to maintain strong relationships.
• Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide ROI reports to stakeholders.
