Fever, the leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is expanding in Spain. You will build deep partnerships with producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders while developing and executing growth strategies to scale Fever's market presence.

Join a fast-paced, data-driven team that collaborates across Marketing, Ops, Product and Finance to maximize partner growth. The role offers a hybrid setup with a central Madrid office and attractive compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent with 4+ years in related sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts)
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter in a demanding startup environment
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (SugarCRM preferred)
• Knowledge of Spain's entertainment/events trends
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues and stakeholders in the entertainment industry
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market and scale Fever's presence in the region
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value and sustainable partnerships
• Balance a large client base with organizational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner growth across Spain and internationally
• Stay up to date with trending experiences in the entertainment landscape
