Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, invites a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our hybrid Madrid team. You will drive revenue growth by expanding our client pipeline across agency and direct channels, leveraging sales expertise and strong industry contacts.

You’ll coordinate resources to build compelling pitches, manage client briefs, and lead high-value meetings, shaping Fever’s brand positioning in the market.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in publisher or brand partnerships sales.
• Proven ability to build direct client and agency contacts.
• Strong data-driven sales decisions and strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and build long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients.
• Hitting and exceeding quarterly sales goals to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate internal resources to craft winning campaign pitches.
• Manage client briefs from initial contact to delivery of campaigns.
• Lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the Brand Partnerships offering.
• Identify social media and entertainment trends to present strategic opportunities.
