Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Dyson products via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with technical inquiries about Dyson appliances and personal care tech.
• Troubleshoot device performance issues to ensure premium user experience.
• Educate customers on features and maintenance to maximise device longevity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
