Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Spanish-speaking Transportation Customer Experts to support passengers and logistics partners in Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolve bookings and scheduling issues, and uphold safety and service guidelines.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, proficient in English, hold an EU passport or Greece work permit, and enjoy a remote setup with paid training, relocation assistance, health insurance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to interact with global team.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit.
• Experience in customer service in transportation/travel industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex booking, scheduling, and logistical inquiries.
• Maintain understanding of transportation safety protocols and service guidelines.
• Troubleshoot travel-related disruptions with empathy and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication flows.
• Document interactions in the CRM to maintain service history.
• Represent the brand with professional etiquette.
