Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for a global electronics leader.
Assist Spanish-speaking customers with troubleshooting, installations, and inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Maintain knowledge of electronics trends, hardware specs, and software updates.
Document customer interactions in the CRM accurately.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added advice and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently and act as brand ambassador.
