You will troubleshoot, stay abreast of product launches, manage orders and warranties, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Relocation, Dyson product training, private health, and career development are included.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and patience.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage for Italian-speaking roles in Greece.
