Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent for a Software Company in Greece. You will provide high-quality technical assistance for premium SaaS products via chat, email, and phone, guiding users and resolving issues in Spanish and English.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for high-level customer interaction.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate team.
• Valid EU passport or valid residency permit to work in the EU.
• Proven interest or experience in the SaaS or technology support industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and software ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to end-users of our premium SaaS products via chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot software-related queries, guiding users through product features and interface optimizations
• Maintain a deep understanding of our software architecture to provide accurate, industry-standard solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by delivering professional and efficient resolutions to technical inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and report software bugs or common user pain points
• Document all interactions within our CRM to ensure a seamless service journey for our Spanish-speaking clientele
• Continuously update your knowledge on new software releases and updates to provide the most current support possible
