Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent for a Software Company in Greece within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will provide technical assistance via chat, email, and phone, guiding users through product features and troubleshooting.

Role requires native Spanish and fluent English, plus EU work authorization; you will collaborate with international teams, document CRM interactions, and stay updated on software releases to deliver top-tier support.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for high-level customer interaction
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team
• Valid EU passport or valid residency permit to work in the EU
• Proven interest or experience in SaaS or technology support
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and software ecosystems

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to end-users of premium SaaS products via chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot software-related queries, guiding users through product features and interface optimizations
• Maintain a deep understanding of software architecture to provide accurate solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional resolutions to technical inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs or common pain points
• Document interactions in the CRM to ensure a seamless service journey for Spanish-speaking clients
• Continuously update knowledge on new software releases and updates for current support
